• Compare multiple policies side-by-side
• Access analysis history stored locally in their browser

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including text you paste for analysis. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to submit the content
• The content does not infringe on the rights of any third party
• The content does not contain malicious code or harmful elements

Third-Party Content

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL POLICYLENS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

This includes, without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Cost of substitute services
• Any conduct or content of any third party
• Any unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction of your data

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PolicyLens and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Any content you submit to the Service

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
